I think the name speaks for itself. Totally over-the-top service. These guys were able to replace a tension bar for me about 10 months ago. Recently I had a weird issue where the garage got stuck halfway through closing. They came out, made sure all the parts were lubricated, restrung the tension bar and got everything working again.
Because they couldn’t tell exactly what caused it, they just considered it under warranty and did not charge anything. The least I could do was write the review. I’m absolutely a customer for life and will continue to refer people. I just can’t see how anybody else could possibly compete with this level of professionalism and customer service.
