These guys are not only top-notch and great at what they do, and have 25+ years experience in the business, they're straight shooters. Honest. Very fair pricing. Do what they say they're going to do. On time. Easy to deal with. I had them replace my existing Chamberlain opener a few years ago with a nifty Liftmaster opener that is internet-enabled and has built-in camera. I got it because I can close (or open) the door from anywhere on the planet via the MyQ phone app. It's great. The unit went offline a few months ago and I couldn't figure out why. (Camera and video recording still worked, but I couldn't control it from the app.) I called Liftmaster Tech Support twice and both times they said the logic board needed replacing. They shipped one to me and told me it was user-installable (labor not covered by the existing warranty). I looked over the directions and felt it was above my pay grade so I called the Over the Top boys and made an appointment. They came by this morning and felt replacing the logic board made little sense. So they determined the issue, fixed it, and said "NO CHARGE." Amazing. And smart way to run a business. They advertise in the free monthly New Mexico Marketplace  magazine and they regularly run specials that are great prices including the type of opener I had them install a 4 years ago, and at what I think is a great price: as of this writing, $795 which is only $100 more than they charged me back then. I think the name speaks for itself. Totally over-the-top service. These guys were able to replace a tension bar for me about 10 months ago. Recently I had a weird issue where the garage got stuck halfway through closing. They came out, made sure all the parts were lubricated, restrung the tension bar and got everything working again. Because they couldn't tell exactly what caused it, they just considered it under warranty and did not charge anything. The least I could do was write the review. I'm absolutely a customer for life and will continue to refer people. I just can't see how anybody else could possibly compete with this level of professionalism and customer service.

We just replaced our 20 year old garage door with a new insulated door and new opener. Over the Top Garage Doors provided exceptional service.  They provided a quote with very competitive pricing. Jeff and his crew scheduled the door install showed up on time and completed the job within 2 1/2 hours. They hauled away the old garage door and opener and left our garage and driveway clean. On time and professional.  The team was very up front as to what went wrong with the spring, gave me an estimate and were up front in letting me know that they might have to order the part but would make sure the garage would close.  Either way, it took them an hour to replace the spring and without being pushy or overbearing told me some of the issues that might arise with the type of garage door I had (original builders). VERY impressed with these guys.  Very professional.  Very courteous.  Honest dudes with integrity.  I used a bigger, nationwide outfit (that has a letter and a number as part of its business name) and overpaid for the service several years ago.  When the garage door was damaged, I called them back out and they said that the door needed to be replaced and that I needed new tracks and a new opener.  The price was going to be nearly $6,500.  Over The Top dudes came out and said they could replace the damaged panels (x2), service our door, and install the best opener made for less than a third of what the other outfit wanted.  When it came to the day of service, the two owners and a helper showed up, and they were gone within 90 minutes. These guys were great and honest!!! Another commercial garage repair company came out, inspected my "broken door", lied and told me I needed a new spring, and tried to say that it couldn't be repaired, therfore I needed a new one. They were going to charge me thousands of dollars!!! Jeff came out and inspected it, tightened a few screws and basically lined up the belt again. They saved me thousands!!!!
